Why these three matter
They're the bits people forget — and they're the bits that quietly do the most damage when neglected.

Extractor: a real fire risk
The filter sits directly above an open flame catching aerosolised fat. Once it's saturated, it stops trapping grease (just recirculates cooking smells) and becomes a serious fire risk over a gas hob.

Hob: burns inefficiently when clogged
Burnt-on spills around gas burners block the gas ports — you get yellow tips, uneven flame, more carbon monoxide and a slower boil. On ceramic hobs, baked sugar etches the glass permanently if left.

Microwave: it's the seal, not the splatters
The inside walls are easy. The door seal, the turntable ring and the vents are where mould, bacteria and dried food actually live. We get into all of it.
What you get
Best booked as add-ons when we're already at your home for an oven. Saves a separate callout and we can do everything at trade rates.
- Extractor: filters degreased, housing cleaned
- Hob: burners or hot plates, surface and surround
- Microwave: inside, turntable, door and seal

Common questions
Can I book just an extractor on its own?
Yes, but we apply a minimum callout charge. It's much better value bundled with an oven clean.
What if my extractor filter is destroyed?
We'll let you know and can fit a replacement at cost (parts vary by model).
